TL;DR

What moved and why

UK top-3 compression — day 3, trigger fired, verdict: within-top-10 reshuffle, no visibility loss (confident). The mechanical trigger (t3 stays ≤~170 for 3 days) is met. But the trigger was a proxy; the real question is whether terms are leaving the top-20. They are not. Dispersion of the 207 former-top-3 terms: 140 still t3 / 65 at 4–10 / 2 at 11–20 / 0 OUT. Day-over-day ledger 7 out / 4 in (net −4, within baseline), and the three OUT terms are all habitual oscillators — mature escorts (OUT 5 of the last 7 days), omagh (flaps 5–11), peterborough (flaps 3–16). Live check: /uk/escort/peterborough/ returns a healthy indexable page with 193 profiles despite its term blinking OUT. So the top-3 count is genuinely compressed (a real local UK SERP tightening, now 4 days old and matching the Δ7d avg −0.9), but no clicks/impressions are being lost — everything that left the top-3 is sitting in the top-10. Don't touch the template.

IT board — Δ1d −0.7 is composition, not decline (confident). Ranked rose 163→168 (ledger 12 out / 17 in, net +5), t3 rose 1→4. The avg worsened only because five new weak keywords entered near rank 20. The escort-advisor.com migration vacuum is intact (its IT footprint 16→10 ranked, avg stuck ~13.2, down from top-3 on 165 terms a week ago) and our capture is still stuck at t3=4 — the same stall flagged all week.

bakecaincontrii.com 1.4→6.6 — denominator artifact (confident, ruled out). Real n = 7 ranked kws on 07-30, 9 on 07-31; the "1.4" was a handful of #1s and today's two new entrants sit at weak positions, pulling the small-n average down. Bakeca is not vacating IT.

BR spike digesting (confident). 117 (07-28 spike) → 109 → 111 → 106 ranked, avg flat (~9.5), Δ30d still +3.3. The BR OUT wall (Perdizes, Aracaju, Mooca, Aricanduva…) is the usual weak-bench thin-set flicker; the spike is settling to trend, not pulling back.

AT Wien / DE heads / AU / everything else — churn. The AT Wien sex/huren →OUT wall and the DE sex-city/fetisch →OUT wall are the same page-2-boundary oscillators seen for weeks; AT avg Δ1d −0.1 (board flat, t3 222), DE avg Δ1d +0.2 (t10 534, board improved). No shared cross-market signature.

Recommendations

  1. IT: internal-link + freshness push on the rank 4–10 escort-city pages, #4s first. Unchanged and still #1 by impact; the vacuum is a week old and closing.
  2. UK: hold — do not touch the template. The top-3 trigger fired mechanically but the reshuffle carries no visibility loss. Watch one more day; downgrade to green if t3 stabilises or recovers.
  3. Housekeeping: the escalation playbook assumes a GSC DB that isn't present here — either restore gsc-monitor access or lean on rank-dispersion (as done today) for future UK-loss checks. (Noted, not actioned — read-only.)
