TL;DR
- UK top-3 escalation trigger tripped (t3 ≤170 for a 3rd day: 161/155/161) — but the substance it was meant to catch is absent. Of the 207 terms that were top-3 on 07-28, 140 are still top-3, 65 slid to 4–10, 2 to 11–20, and zero fell out of the top-20. t10 recovered 322→324, t20/ranked flat at 341. This is a pure top-3↔top-10 reshuffle, not lost visibility.
- The GSC pull the escalation called for is not available in this environment (no gsc-monitor DB on disk). Substituted rank-dispersion evidence + a live page check; both say "no real loss."
- IT is a non-event today despite Δ1d avg −0.7: ranked rose 163→168, t3 up 1→4 — the avg dip is new weak entrants at the bottom. escort-advisor.com vacuum unchanged; we're still stalling at t3=4.
- bakecaincontrii.com "1.4→6.6" in the briefing is the denominator artifact again (n=7→9 ranked kws), not a bakeca collapse. Ruled out.
- BR "ananindeua 200→null" is the familiar crawl-timeout artifact — the page ranks #6 today via the same URL. Not a deindex.
- No cross-market technical signature. Distributed churn (net −19), all boards flat-to-up on avg.
What moved and why
UK top-3 compression — day 3, trigger fired, verdict: within-top-10 reshuffle, no visibility loss (confident). The mechanical trigger (t3 stays ≤~170 for 3 days) is met. But the trigger was a proxy; the real question is whether terms are leaving the top-20. They are not. Dispersion of the 207 former-top-3 terms: 140 still t3 / 65 at 4–10 / 2 at 11–20 / 0 OUT. Day-over-day ledger 7 out / 4 in (net −4, within baseline), and the three OUT terms are all habitual oscillators — mature escorts (OUT 5 of the last 7 days), omagh (flaps 5–11), peterborough (flaps 3–16). Live check: /uk/escort/peterborough/ returns a healthy indexable page with 193 profiles despite its term blinking OUT. So the top-3 count is genuinely compressed (a real local UK SERP tightening, now 4 days old and matching the Δ7d avg −0.9), but no clicks/impressions are being lost — everything that left the top-3 is sitting in the top-10. Don't touch the template.
IT board — Δ1d −0.7 is composition, not decline (confident). Ranked rose 163→168 (ledger 12 out / 17 in, net +5), t3 rose 1→4. The avg worsened only because five new weak keywords entered near rank 20. The escort-advisor.com migration vacuum is intact (its IT footprint 16→10 ranked, avg stuck ~13.2, down from top-3 on 165 terms a week ago) and our capture is still stuck at t3=4 — the same stall flagged all week.
bakecaincontrii.com 1.4→6.6 — denominator artifact (confident, ruled out). Real n = 7 ranked kws on 07-30, 9 on 07-31; the "1.4" was a handful of #1s and today's two new entrants sit at weak positions, pulling the small-n average down. Bakeca is not vacating IT.
BR spike digesting (confident). 117 (07-28 spike) → 109 → 111 → 106 ranked, avg flat (~9.5), Δ30d still +3.3. The BR OUT wall (Perdizes, Aracaju, Mooca, Aricanduva…) is the usual weak-bench thin-set flicker; the spike is settling to trend, not pulling back.
AT Wien / DE heads / AU / everything else — churn. The AT Wien sex/huren →OUT wall and the DE sex-city/fetisch →OUT wall are the same page-2-boundary oscillators seen for weeks; AT avg Δ1d −0.1 (board flat, t3 222), DE avg Δ1d +0.2 (t10 534, board improved). No shared cross-market signature.
Investigations
- UK real-loss test (primary). Queried the full dispersion of the 07-28 top-3 set into today — the cleanest available proxy for the GSC pull. Zero terms below rank 20 = no impression loss possible from this reshuffle. This resolves the escalation without GSC.
- GSC availability. Checked disk: no gsc-monitor DB present in /opt/rankobella. Could not pull /uk/ impressions as the watchlist planned. Flagging so the plan can be revisited; rank-dispersion covered the question this time.
- Live page check. /uk/escort/peterborough/ = healthy, indexable, 193 profiles despite "peterborough escorts" going OUT — confirms SERP flicker over technical loss.
- IT competitor sanity-check. Pulled bakeca/escort-advisor ranked-keyword counts directly; confirmed the bakeca swing is small-n and EA's collapse continues.
- BR ananindeua. Ranking history shows #6 today on /br/acompanhantes/ananindeua/ — crawl timeout, not deindex.
- Cross-market ledger. AT −4, AU −2, BR −5, DE −10, IT +5, UK −3 (net −19). Distributed, no single-market cliff, no algo signature.
Opportunities
- IT vacuum still the highest-ROI action on the board. escort-advisor.com has now sat collapsed for a full week and we are still converting it into page-1 depth (ranked at a week-high 168) but not top-3 authority (t3=4). The internal-link + freshness push on the ~80 IT escort-city pages sitting at rank 4–10 remains the single best move — the window is decaying (EA likely reclaims under .net once it consolidates) and we're leaving it on the table.
Recommendations
- IT: internal-link + freshness push on the rank 4–10 escort-city pages, #4s first. Unchanged and still #1 by impact; the vacuum is a week old and closing.
- UK: hold — do not touch the template. The top-3 trigger fired mechanically but the reshuffle carries no visibility loss. Watch one more day; downgrade to green if t3 stabilises or recovers.
- Housekeeping: the escalation playbook assumes a GSC DB that isn't present here — either restore gsc-monitor access or lean on rank-dispersion (as done today) for future UK-loss checks. (Noted, not actioned — read-only.)
Watchlist
- UK top-3 compression — DAY 3, escalation trigger met on the metric but resolved benign on investigation: 0 of 207 former-top-3 terms fell out of top-20, t10 recovered, page live. Downgrading urgency: it's a real 4-day local top-3 tightening with zero visibility cost. GSC pull unavailable (no DB on disk) — substituted dispersion evidence. Close/green if t3 stabilises or recovers; only re-escalate if terms start crossing OUT of top-20 (real loss).
- IT escort-advisor vacuum — EA collapse intact (footprint 16→10 ranked, avg ~13.2). Our capture still stalling at t3=4 while page-1 depth hits week-high (ranked 168). Internal-link push still highest-ROI. bakeca "1.4→6.6" ruled out as denominator artifact.
- BR growth curve — 07-28 spike (117) digesting to trend (106 ranked, Δ30d +3.3). ananindeua "200→null" = crawl timeout (ranks #6 today), not deindex. Healthy; internal-link window open.
- AT Wien national↔city flap — same daily churn, board flat (t3 222). Anchor discipline still the low-urgency fix.
- UK hull-2 404 / 404s pending fix / competitor-avg artifact — no change; all hygiene-only.
