• Ruled out technical: british escorts still holds #3 on the same /uk/ homepage, and /uk/ fetches live/indexable. A page-level failure can't leave a page-mate ranking.
• Ruled out single-competitor displacement: different rivals (ukadultzone, adultwork, kommons, birchplace) climbed into the top-5 across the four queries at once — the signature of a broad SERP recalc, not one rival winning.
• Timing fits the unconfirmed late-July 2026 Google volatility (trackers spiked Fri Jul 24 through the weekend; no confirmed update). Same family as the early-July UK city-head slide that reversed within days.
• Everything else is quiet: churn ledger 70 out / 76 in (net +6, normal). AT rose to a week-high top-3 (247); DE massage cluster actually improved; BR is a textbook one-day dip; IT was the day's best board.

What moved and why

UK generic head cluster OUT — likely SERP volatility (confidence: likely). The four fallers are the most stable terms on the whole UK board — adult escorts (avg 1.3, OUT 1/30 days) and uk escorts (avg 1.4, OUT 1/30) essentially never leave the top 2; trans escorts (5.1, 1/30) and female escorts (5.6, 2/30) barely blink. All four vanishing on one day is not boundary noise. But they rank on different pages (/uk/, /uk/escort/trans/*, /uk/escort/cornwall/), which kills any single-page cause, and the one homepage term I'd expect to fall with them — british escorts — held #3 on /uk/. It wasn't: DE massage cluster improved (ranked 95→97, top-10 74→81, avg 7.0→6.6) and AT massage was flat (16→18, avg 7.4→8.1). Individual page-2 boundary blinkers inside healthy clusters.
• Competitor-avg artifact: DE quoka.de 15.3→OUT is n≈1; IT escort-advisor 4.5→7.4 moved against them; vivastreet.it 12→OUT small-n. All within the known denominator-artifact band. Ruled out.
• UK -2 DMCA pages: manchester-2 9→12 (within its noisy boundary range); london escorts improving on /central-london/ (10→9→8). No new signal. Weekly GSC review still due ~07-29.

Opportunities

• UK heads are a re-entry watch, not a loss yet. If the volatility reverses on pattern, adult escorts/uk escorts return to #1–2 on their own. No template change warranted — resist the urge to touch /uk/.
• BR internal-link window still open (highest-ROI standing action). Fresh rank-4–6 bench today includes the São Paulo/Rio bairro pages that keep flickering at the boundary — internal links would give them a non-SERP visibility floor and stop the daily one-day dips. Recommendations
