• The 211-mover briefing is fully explained by normal daily churn. No cross-market signature, no Google-update smell.
• AT led the briefing with a wall of Wien sex/huren terms →OUT — but AT top-3 hit a week-high 237, ranked held (443), and only top-10 dipped (−13). That's a top-10→page-2 reshuffle in the known Wien national↔city page-split, not lost visibility.
• DE "quoka.de 5.0→17.0 on 697 kws" is the denominator artifact again — n=1 keyword. markt.de also moved against the rival. Ruled out.
• BR growth curve intact (88→89 ranked, avg Δ7d +0.5, Δ30d +3.7); recreio-dos-bandeirantes null→200 snapshot is the timeout artifact recovering exactly as forecast — page ranks #4, not deindexed.

What moved and why

AT Wien sex/huren OUT block — churn, no visibility lost (confirmed). The briefing opened with sexkontakt wien, hobbynutten wien, billige huren wien, sex in wien, privat escort wien, nuru massage wien, prostituierte wien all →OUT, and the swap list shows the usual national↔Wien flip (huren in wien, wien huren, private huren, prostituierte wien all flapping /at/huren/ ↔ /at/huren/wien/). Board check settles it: top-3 rose 227→237 (week high), ranked flat 442→443, only top-10 slipped 401→388. Terms moved from top-10 to page-2, all still ranked ≤20. This is the third-week-running page-2-boundary flicker of the Wien page-split case, not decline. Anchor discipline remains the low-urgency fix.

DE two #1→OUT scares — head-term flicker, ignore (confirmed). "erotikum" (vol 18,100) and "shemale sex" both show base→OUT from rank 1, which looks alarming. History says otherwise: erotikum oscillates 1↔OUT every 1–2 days all month (rank 1 whenever present, on /); shemale sex flaps 1–3↔OUT on /trans/. Both hold the top spot when they appear — TrueRanker just isn't sampling them today. Noise.

IT / other markets — flat. IT −2 net, movers all volatile generic heads (escort a roma/napoli, roma escort, escortpalermo) that flap routinely; board flat at 155 ranked, avg 9.0 within band. AU flat. UK rock-stable (342 ranked, avg 3.6).

Investigations

• Churn ledger 07-24→25: 71 out / 69 in, net −2 (AT +1, AU 0, BR +1, DE −2, IT −2, UK 0). Every project offset within itself; no date-aligned cluster crash → no event. Skipped a Google-update tracker check: boards are flat-to-up everywhere, which is the opposite of an update signature.
• erotikum / shemale sex history (30-day): both confirmed on/off flickers at rank 1–3, dead end as a "drop."
• quoka/markt DE keyword counts: pulled directly — quoka n=1, artifact confirmed.
• BR recreio-dos-bandeirantes: the sole on-page change (null→200, title/canonical restored) is the crawl-timeout artifact recovering; page ranks #4 for its head term today. Not a deindex, exactly as the 07-24 watchlist note forecast.

Opportunities

• BR internal-link window still open — highest-ROI action.
