TL;DR

• Every market is dead flat: AT/UK Δ1d 0.0, DE +0.1, IT +0.1, AU −0.1, BR −0.2. Nothing moved at the board level.
• The 222-mover / 92-swap briefing is fully explained by normal daily churn (81 out / 76 in, net −5; no cross-market signature). No event.
• UK on-page "200→null" flips on oldham/harlow/dewsbury are a crawler timeout on the 07-24 crawl — all three were 200 on 07-23 and rank #2–3. Cosmetic, not deindexing.
• BR rebounded 81→86 ranked, exactly the forecast recovery from the 07-22 thin-set down-day. Climb intact.
• No open case needs escalation. Manchester-2 stays on its weekly cadence (next review ~07-29).

What moved and why

Nothing material — a genuine quiet day (confirmed). All six projects sit within ±0.2 of yesterday on average rank, top-3/10/20 counts essentially unchanged. AT 442 ranked (t3 218), DE 590 (t3 199), UK 345/350 ranked at avg 3.6. The long "→OUT" mover list is the usual page-2-boundary flicker on volatile head/thin terms, not a decline; the ledger nets flat-to-down-5 with the two negatives (DE −7, IT −4) offset by BR +5 and UK +3, and no shared signature.

BR one-day down-day reversed as predicted (confirmed). The 07-22 dip (90→81) recovered to 86 today (t10 51→54), avg flat at ~9.0. This is the carbon-copy of the 07-18 dip that also bounced within two days. Today's fallers are again the weak bench (rank 8–18) plus two thin rank-3/4 bairro pages (Sapopemba, Curicica) blinking off ultra-thin local SERPs — flicker, not pullback. Climb intact.

Investigations

• UK page-status flips (the day's only eye-catcher) — ruled out as a problem. Briefing pageDiffs show oldham/harlow/dewsbury going status 200→null, title→"null", canonical→null, and all three appear under "problems today" as timeouts. Snapshot history proves the null belongs to the 07-24 crawl ("operation aborted due to timeout"); on 07-23 all three were status 200, and they rank #3, #3, #2 respectively today. Hertfordshire and fife show the opposite (null→200), i.e. recovering from earlier timeouts. Verdict: transient crawler timeouts, zero rank impact. St-Albans (402→396) and Birmingham (1595→1430) title changes are just inventory-count refreshes; burton-upon-trent is a title reformat. All cosmetic.
• Daily churn ledger (07-22→07-23): AT 17/15, AU 8/8, BR 15/20, DE 22/15, IT 19/15, UK 0/3 = 81 out / 76 in, net −5. Within the established 45–85 band, no market carrying an outsized loss. No event.
• Competitor tables — ruled out. IT bakecaincontrii 3.3→5.1 and DE markt.de 6.8→8.7 both moved away from us (good, and small-n / artifact-prone). Everything else drifts within the known denominator-artifact band. No competitive story.
• AT Wien split: no material dip today (AT flat); national↔city URL flapping continues in the swaps list (private huren in wien, sex huren wien, wien nutten all flipping /huren/wien/ ↔ /huren/) but with no visibility cost. Low-urgency anchor-discipline fix unchanged.

Opportunities

• BR internal-link window still open — the standing highest-ROI action. The neighbourhood bench keeps re-forming at rank 4–6 and blinking in/out of thin local SERPs; internal links from strong Rio/SP hub pages would give these bairro pages a non-SERP visibility floor and convert flicker into stable top-5. Same targets as recent reports (Curicica, Sepetiba, Alto da Boa Vista, Vila da Penha et al.).

Recommendations

1. Nothing urgent today. Do not react to the UK "null" pages — it's a crawler timeout, not a live-site or index problem; the pages are healthy at #2–3. (If future briefings show the same URLs timing out for 3+ consecutive crawls, then check crawl budget / server response on those pages.)
2. BR internal links — build hub→bairro links into the rank-4–6 bench while Google is receptive. Low effort, compounding upside.
3. Carry the low-urgency AT Wien anchor-discipline fix; no change.
