• The two "pages with problems" (BR /acompanhantes/macapa/, UK /escort/bury/) are crawler timeouts, not outages — both keywords still rank on 07-21 (macapá 8/11, bury escorts 4). Snapshot 200→null is a fetch artifact.
• Sharpest faller domina innsbruck (rank 2 for a week → OUT) is SERP-side: the page is live, 200, 21 profiles, correct title/H1. The keyword has flapped /tirol/↔/innsbruck/ URLs all month — cannibalization flicker, not decay.
• BR keeps compounding: 89→90 ranked, top-10 flat at 58. Window still open.
• Churn ledger 71 out / 81 in, net +10 — squarely in baseline. The long mover list is noise.

What moved and why

AT one-day top-3 dip — reshuffle, not decline (likely churn). The headline number is scary (t3 233→197) and the mover list is Wien-heavy: sex wien, sexkontakt wien, wien sextreffen, billige huren wien, prostituierte wien, erotic wien, hurren wien, escort in wien, sex in wien all dropped out, plus domina innsbruck/wien and two erotik-massage terms. But top-10 was rock-stable (393→394) and top-20 equals ranked (436), meaning nothing between positions 1–20 actually disappeared from visibility — the 36 that left top-3 landed in 4–10, and the ~20 that left top-20 entirely were the page-2 flicker terms (mostly rank 13–19) that blink out every few days. This is the same mechanism as the AT Wien national-vs-city flap and the closed UK/DE/AT reshuffle cases: local SERP volatility redistributing top-3 slots, no template or technical fault. It's AT-only (UK +0.6, AU +0.2, DE −0.1, IT −0.1) so not a Google update. Verdict: cosmetic top-3 churn. The only reason this is amber and not green is the size of the one-day t3 swing (−36 vs a weekly floor of 209) — worth one confirming glance tomorrow.

domina innsbruck 2→OUT — cannibalization flicker (likely). This term has been a stable rank-2 since 07-16, but it's flapped between /at/fetisch/domina/tirol/ (regional) and /at/fetisch/domina/innsbruck/ (city) all month — 7→7→9→8→5(innsbruck)→4(tirol)→…→2(innsbruck). Same national-vs-city intent overlap that bit the Wien huren set. The Innsbruck page is healthy (200, 21 profiles), so its disappearance is Google reshuffling which URL to serve, not a page problem. Low urgency; anchor discipline (city-qualified anchors → city page) is the same structural fix already on file for Wien.

IT/DE/BR/AU mover blocks — normal churn. The DE erotische-massage / escort-city OUT block and BR bairro OUT block are offset market-by-market in the ledger (DE 19/27, IT 11/20, BR 12/13 — all net-flat-to-up). No cross-market signature.

Investigations

• "Pages with problems" (macapá, bury). Snapshot shows status 200→null + "operation aborted due to timeout." Checked ranks: both keywords rank normally on 07-21 (macapá acompanhantes 8, garotas 11; bury escorts 4, unchanged from 07-20). Conclusion: crawler timeout, not a live outage. Dead end — no action.
• domina innsbruck live fetch. 200, "Dominas und BDSM in Innsbruck", H1 matches, 21 listings. Rules out a technical cause for the 2→OUT. SERP/cannibalization flicker.
• escort policoro (404 case). Re-ranked 14 on 07-20 via a live profile URL (/it/escort/italia/orientale-appena-arrivata20/), then flickered back OUT on 07-21. Confirms the dead vera-ragazza10 page is still not load-bearing — the keyword blinks in/out of a thin single-profile SERP regardless. 301s remain hygiene-only.
• Competitor avg swings. IT bakecaincontrii 3.2→4.4 and vivastreet 18→15, DE markt.de/quoka moves — all either moving away from us or within the known small-n artifact band. Ruled out (see watchlist artifact case).

Opportunities

• BR internal-link window still open. Climb resumed decisively (77→82→89→90 over four days, top-10 48→58). The rank-4–6 bairro bench named 07-20 (Curicica, Vila da Penha, Alto da Boa Vista, Cascadura, Recreio, Sepetiba) is still the best striking-distance target set on the board — these thin local pages need a non-SERP visibility floor from internal links while Google is receptive.
• AT domina/Wien consolidation. The recurring national↔city URL flapping (Innsbruck today, Wien for three weeks) is unrealized top-3 stability. Tightening city-qualified anchors to the city pages would convert daily flicker into held positions across a whole cluster, not one keyword.

Recommendations

1. Glance at AT top-3 tomorrow (07-22). If t3 rebounds toward ~215–230 with t10 stable, close this as one-day churn. Only escalate if t3 stays sub-200 AND top-10 starts eroding. Do not touch templates. (low effort, confirms the verdict)
2. Ship the AT city-vs-national anchor discipline already recommended for Wien — now also earning its keep on the domina Innsbruck/Tirol pair. City-qualified anchors → city page, generic/regional anchors → regional page. (medium; addresses a real recurring soft spot, low urgency)
3. BR internal links into the rank-4–6 bairro bench while the climb compounds. (highest upside on the board)
