TL;DR

• Nothing material broke. The 225-keyword mover list and 105 URL swaps are fully explained by normal daily churn (85 OUT / 83 IN across six markets, net −2).
• AT looks alarming in the briefing (a wall of Wien sex/huren terms going OUT) but actually improved today — ranked 444→447, top-3 228→233, top-20 447. The OUT terms are the same page-2-boundary flickers we've tracked for two weeks. Confirmed non-event.
• BR's climb resumed and then some: 77→82→89 ranked over two days, top-10 48→58, avg 9.58→8.81. The 07-18 down-day was the one-day thin-set flicker I predicted. Internal-link window still open.
• IT 404 casualty escort policoro is back at rank 14 — Google re-homed it onto a live profile, so the dead page no longer costs that keyword. 301s drop to hygiene-only.
• No page problems, no on-page changes, no tag moves. Competitor swings all sit inside the known denominator artifact.

What moved and why

AT Wien "OUT" wall — looks bad, is fine (confirmed non-event). The briefing leads with ~10 AT terms falling out of top-20: nutte bestellen 3→OUT, sex vienna, sex in vienna, private/privat sex wien, sex huren wien, private huren wien. Pulled 10-day history on all of them: these are marginal Wien terms that oscillate 8–18 and blink OUT every few days (privat sex wien has gone OUT on 07-14, 07-18, and now 07-20; sex in vienna on 07-14, 07-19, 07-20). Meanwhile the AT board rose on every headline metric and the huren/nutten cluster hit its week-high top-3 count (54→46→49→58→63). All three feeder pages (/at/sex/wien/, /at/huren/, /at/huren/wien/) are HTTP 200 with clean self-canonicals through today. This is the documented Wien page-split flap, not a decline. Confidence: confirmed.

DE massage/fetisch OUT block — thin-set flicker (likely). DE had the day's biggest OUT count (25), mostly fetisch/erotische-massage/nuru city terms. The whole cluster's ranked count sat at 124 today, dead inside its 123–132 week band. Offset by 21 IN. No event. Confidence: likely.

BR climb resumed (confirmed). Ranked 82→89, top-10 55→58, avg 8.93→8.81, and 21 keywords entered top-100 vs 14 leaving. Alto da Boa Vista — a term the watchlist flagged as vanishing on 07-18 — is back at rank 4. The 07-18 dip is now conclusively a one-day thin-set flicker. Confidence: confirmed.

Investigations

• AT churn vs. reality. Ledger 10 OUT / 13 IN; board metrics all up. The scary mover list is a reporting artifact — the briefing surfaces only fallers. Ruled out any AT event.
• AT page health. Snapshots for the three Wien feeder pages: 200 + correct canonical every day 07-17→today. No technical fault behind the flicker.
• IT escort policoro / the 404. The keyword now ranks 14 on a live profile URL (/it/escort/italia/orientale-appena-arrivata20/), not the dead vera-ragazza10 page. Google re-homed it. vera-ragazza10 last crawled 404 on 07-18; still broken, but no longer load-bearing for this term. stussy-babe41 (AU) remains absent/deindexed.
• Competitor swings. DE markt.de 7.5→11.4 and quoka.de 10.5→12.0 both moved against the rivals (good for us, negligible n); IT bakecaincontrii 3.8→5.3 and vivastreet.it 13.0→16.3 drifting away from us. All inside the denominator-artifact band. Nothing to chase.
• Dead end: looked for a cross-market signature (algo/technical) behind the AT+DE OUT blocks — none. Moves are local, thin-set, and offset market-by-market. No update timing to check.

Opportunities

• BR internal-link build is the standing play and the window is open. Deep striking-distance bench at rank 4–6 today, all on /br/acompanhantes/<bairro>/: Curicica, Vila da Penha, Alto da Boa Vista, Cascadura, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Vila Guilherme, Vila Maria, Sepetiba (all rank 4); Vila Matilde, Guaianases, Itaim Paulista (5); Rio Branco, Freguesia do Ó, Aricanduva, Porto Velho, Ermelino Matarazzo (6). While the market is compounding, cross-linking these from stronger São Paulo/Rio hub pages is the cheapest route to top-3.
• Healthy consolidation to note (not a problem): several bairro pages now rank for three query variants at once — "Acompanhantes em X", "Garotas de programa em X", "Garota com local em X" — off one URL (e.g. Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio Branco). That's one page correctly absorbing multiple intents, the opposite of the AT Wien split. Good template behaviour worth preserving.

Recommendations

1. Ship the BR bairro internal links into the rank 4–6 bench above. Highest-ROI action on the board while Google is receptive. (Medium effort, high impact.)
2. AT Wien anchor discipline — still the right structural fix (city-qualified anchors → /at/huren/wien/, generic → /at/huren/), still low urgency. The flap costs nothing net; only do it when someone's already in that template.
3. 301 the two dead profiles (vera-ragazza10, stussy-babe41) — now purely hygiene since escort policoro re-homed itself. Free insurance, no urgency.
