2026-07-19
TL;DR
- AT Wien huren cluster recovered from its 07-18 worst-day: cluster t10 386→398, t3 214→228; freie nutten back to 4 on the correct national
/at/huren/page (was 17 on the Wien page yesterday). The flip-flop mechanism is intact but harmless today. - BR growth resumed — 77→82 ranked, avg +0.7. The 07-18 down-day was a one-off thin-set flicker, exactly as flagged.
- The long mover lists are entirely normal daily churn (69 fell out / 77 came in net across six markets). No event, no update signature.
- DE head-term "OUT"s (erotikum, shemale sex) are 1↔OUT flappers, not drops — both ranked #1 yesterday.
- The perus "on-page change / problem" is a transient crawl timeout on today's fetch — the page is live (HTTP 200 on 07-19, correct title/H1). Ignore.
What moved and why
AT Wien huren page-split — reversed today (confirmed churn, structural fix still stands).
The 07-18 casualty freie nutten (a generic/national query) crashed to 17 when Google served the Wien page; today it's back to 4 on /at/huren/ where it belongs. hure wien 18→10, private huren wien 13→8, private huren in wien 13→8. The cluster's page-2 reshuffle unwound at the rollup level (t10 386→398, t3 214→228). But the day-to-day flapping continues in both directions — today huren wien (a Wien query) got served from the national page (13), and nutten wien bounced back to the Wien page. Same intent-overlap as the just-closed Graz case. Verdict: churn, not deterioration — but this is the third week the two pages have swapped daily, and the recommended anchor discipline (city-qualified anchors → /at/huren/wien/, generic → /at/huren/) would consolidate it. Low urgency, standing rec.
BR growth curve — climb resumed (confirmed). 82 ranked (up from 77), avg 8.9 (+0.7), and net +5 keywords in vs out today. The 07-18 dip to 77 was thin-bairro pages blinking off ultra-thin local SERPs, and they blinked back. The long BR "→OUT" list in the briefing (20+ bairros) is the same flicker — net churn is positive. Internal-link window into the bairro bench is still open.
DE / IT / AU mover lists — churn, no story. DE "erotikum" (1→OUT) and "shemale sex" (2→OUT) both flap between rank 1–3 and OUT every 1–2 days — they were #1 on 07-18. sex in dresden/karlsruhe/chemnitz all healthy for a week, one-day OUT. Churn ledger net-flat everywhere (AT +5, BR +5, IT +4, DE −3, AU −3, UK 0). No cross-market synchrony → no algo/technical event.
Investigations
- AT Wien cluster URL history (07-13→19): confirmed the daily national↔Wien flip-flop and today's reversal. Anchor overlap is the mechanism; both pages HTTP 200 and correctly scoped.
- DE head-term OUTs: pulled 7-day history for erotikum/shemale sex/dresden/karlsruhe/chemnitz — all volatile flappers or healthy-with-one-OUT. Ruled out as event.
- Daily churn ledger 07-18→19: 69 out / 77 in, net +8 — matches the established baseline. The mover lists are surfacing only fallers, as always.
- perus on-page "change": the 07-20 crawl timed out (status→null); the 07-19 snapshot was 200. WebFetch confirms the page is live with correct title ("Acompanhantes em Perus | Erobella") and H1 — just an empty-listing bairro page. Crawl artifact, not a site issue.
- Competitor avg swings: DE quoka.de 14.0→15.3 (worse for them, negligible n), IT/UK moves all within the denominator-artifact band. Nothing real.
Opportunities
- BR bairro bench — growth is compounding and the window is open. perus is a live but zero-listing bairro page; the whole SP/Rio bairro set sits at rank 4–6 with no visibility floor when local SERPs thin out. Internal links from city hubs into these thin pages would give them a non-SERP floor and lock in the climb. Highest-leverage upside on the board.
Recommendations
- AT: ship the Wien anchor discipline (city-qualified huren/hure/nutten wien anchors point only at
/at/huren/wien/; generic freie nutten / billige huren / hurenportal only at/at/huren/). Three weeks of daily flip-flop; a one-time internal-linking fix ends it. Low effort, low urgency. - Add 301s for the two dead pages — stussy-babe41 (AU, deindexed) and vera-ragazza10 (IT, 404 six+ days). Free insurance, still not shipped.
- BR internal-link build into the bairro bench while Google is receptive. Not urgent, but the best growth lever available.
Watchlist
- AT Wien huren page-split (ESCALATED ACTIONABLE 07-18) — 07-19: 07-18 dip reversed (cluster t10 386→398, t3 214→228; freie nutten 17→4 back on national page). Daily national↔Wien flapping continues both ways (huren wien served from national page today). Churn, not decline. Anchor fix still the resolution; reassess after fix or if a sustained cluster breakdown recurs.
- BR growth curve — 07-19: climb resumed, 77→82 ranked, net +5 kws. 07-18 dip confirmed as one-day thin-set flicker. Healthy; internal-link window open. Flag only if it falls a full week.
- 404s pending fix — vera-ragazza10 (IT) 404 through 07-19; stussy-babe41 (AU) deindexed. NOT fixed. 301s re-recommended.
- AT Wien huren page-split (note-only, 07-15) — folded into the escalated case above; same mechanism.
- Briefing competitor-avg denominator artifact — 07-19 DE quoka 14→15.3 (negligible n), IT/UK within band. Ruled out again.
- Daily churn baseline — 07-18→19 net +8 (69 out/77 in). Reconfirmed; mover lists explained by churn.
- Cross-market URL bleed / hreflang — still no hreflang; not re-quantified today.
