What moved and why

The mover list is churn, not an event (confirmed). The briefing surfaces only fallers, so a 224-long list reads scary. Per-market IN/OUT: AT +3 net ranked, BR flat, DE −8, AU −5, IT +9, UK −3. Totals: 69 in / 73 out — textbook daily baseline. No project rollup moved more than ±0.5 avg. Confidence: confirmed.

DE "erotikum" 1→OUT is a flapper, not a loss (confirmed). This single-word term oscillates null↔1 constantly (null 07-11, 1 on 07-12/13, null 07-14/15). Despite the 18,100 volume tag, the 7d-baseline "1→OUT" is an artifact of catching it on an "on" day. Ignore.

AT Wien cluster: page-2 jitter + a persistent page-split, no break (confirmed). ~10 "wien" terms show →OUT, but they're all borderline position 15-18 and the cluster net rose (wien huren 13→7, huren in wien 12→8, hure wien 9→6, ts sex wien 8→5 all improved). Worth noting structurally: several Wien-qualified huren terms rank via the national /at/huren/ page (weaker, pos 12-18) while the Wien page /at/huren/wien/ holds the stronger 7-11 slots for near-identical queries. That intent split is why the national-page terms are the ones flickering out. Not urgent, but it's the soft underbelly of the Wien set.

Investigations

IT recovery: ranked count 158→167; verified cagliari climbed back to 6 and the whole set sits mid-range of its 158-172 monthly oscillation. verona is the lone straggler (day 2 OUT) — its page was verified live/healthy on 07-14, so this reads as the same SERP-side thin-set volatility, not technical.
AT sex graz: confirmed still serving the thin /at/sex/lend-graz/ child for the Graz head term (rank 11 today); the 150-listing /at/sex/graz/ page has not reclaimed it. No on-page changes in the snapshot, so the recommended fix hasn't shipped.
AU/IT 404s: Warragul's stussy-babe41 URL confirmed gone from rankings (was ~10 for a week). vera-ragazza10 (IT "escort policoro") still returns 404 — the only page-problem in today's briefing.
Dead ends: checked the DE and AT mass-OUT lists for a shared page/technical cause — none; all borderline page-2 terms. Ignored the IT vivastreet.it 17→11.8 competitor swing (known denominator artifact territory; not treated as an event).

Opportunities

BR striking distance (standing #1 target). BR is still compounding and carries a deep stack of neighbourhood pages at rank 4-6 — São Paulo bairros (Ponte Rasa, Vila Prudente, Guaianases, Capão Redondo…) and Rio bairros. Volumes read 0/NULL but that's missing data, not absent demand. While Google is receptive to the young project, a focused internal-link push from category hubs to these rank-4-6 pages is the cleanest top-3 conversion opportunity on the board.

Recommendations

Ship the AT "sex graz" fix (carried, day 4). Trim lend-graz's Graz-wide copy / soften the /at/sex/graz/→lend-graz anchor so the head term returns to the 150-listing Graz page. Contained to ~10 spots on one keyword, but it's now been stuck four days with a fix already scoped.
301 the two 404s. stussy-babe41 (AU) has now deindexed and dragged Warragul out — redirect it to the Warragul/erotic-massage parent. Do the same for vera-ragazza10 (IT). Cheap insurance against exactly the decay we just watched happen.
Queue the BR internal-link build to the rank-4-6 neighbourhood pages while the project is gaining trust (see Opportunities).
